- Fees, Payments, and Invoicing All service fees will be clearly communicated before project initiation. Clients must pay 50% in advance and the remaining 50% upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified in writing. Payments must be made in the agreed currency, inclusive of applicable taxes or transaction fees. Viitacrest reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services for delayed or incomplete payments.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy Once a proposal or service agreement is formally accepted and signed, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure events), Viitacrest may, at its discretion, reschedule sessions or provide service credits.

- Intellectual Property Rights All materials, training content, frameworks, methodologies, and digital resources provided by Viitacrest remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use materials for personal or internal organizational purposes only. The total liability of Viitacrest shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
